I am deeply grateful to Lana Grün for cello therapy sessions. Lana herself is simply an amazing person — sensitive, attentive, and at the same time very energetic, positive and interesting.
It was so exciting to take the cello in my hands and make the first sound! I had never played musical instruments or studied music. And suddenly such a large instrument with a breathtaking sound!! Lana explained how to release tension and not clamp different parts of the body, how to be free and enjoy the beautiful tone.
The sessions flew by in one breath, and with them anxiety and worry faded — it became possible to be here and now, to listen to myself, to listen to the music. It felt like the state during therapy was similar to meditation, to going inward.
I am going through a difficult period now, and these sessions helped me so much to switch off, shift focus, find joy in the moment and realize what a powerful resource we have for creativity and for discovering something new. It is wonderful! Thank you so much!

The Music of the Spheres project presentation was held in an intimate atmosphere among a small circle of invited guests, masters and experts. Thank you to everyone who shared these two days with us on the 80th floor of Moscow City.

Budanov Vladimir Grigorievich
Dr. of Philosophy · Cand. of Phys.-Math. Sciences
Chief Research Fellow, Institute of Philosophy of the RAS
Born in 1955 in Moscow. Graduated with honours from the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University.
About the person
Budanov V. G. is a well-known specialist in philosophy, physics, education, synergetics, modelling of history, anthropology and the theory of harmony. Academician of the International Academy for Future Research, professor at leading universities, director of the Research Institute for Modelling the Future, and a participant in dozens of educational television programmes.
From 1992 to 1995 — leading research fellow at the Russian Centre for Physics Education at the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University. Since 1995 he has worked in the Sector of Interdisciplinary Problems of Scientific and Technological Development at the Institute of Philosophy of the RAS. Since 2007 — Doctor of Philosophy (dissertation on the methodology of synergetics).
One of the authors of state programmes (1994, 2000) on the discipline “Concepts of Modern Natural Science” for humanities majors at universities. For more than fifteen years he has taught this discipline at the philosophy faculties of Moscow State University, GAUGN and other universities.

- Professor at the Philosophy Faculty of Moscow State University.
- Professor at the Department of Organisation of Social Systems and Crisis Management, RAGS under the President of the Russian Federation.
